Robert has been working professionally in the food industry since he was 15 years old and actually started cooking around the age of 6. He specifically started working/learning intensely about dietary restricted diets 7 years ago when he began a meal prep company. Robert was born and raised in Tucson AZ and has subcontracted in all arenas of food service, from vending, catering, private cheffing, and meal prep.
