Bri Bishop, LMSW
Family Therapist
Bri has a passion for helping others to strengthen their resilience by identifying areas in the family system that might contribute to maladaptive patterns of behavior. Bri began her career doing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy with individuals with disabilities and their families to assist them in setting goals and finding healthy strategies to support one another. Bri then worked closely with families struggling with mental health, trauma, and addiction through the Department of Child Safety. This provided a clear lens of the impact family systems have on the recovery of the individual and their web of close relationships. By combining a trauma perspective together with an understanding of the roles we play being adaptive survival strategies, Bri brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and empathy to Sabino Recovery and all the residents we serve. She feels honored to work alongside individuals and their loved ones towards a path of understanding, support, and recovery.
