F.A.Q.

Do you treat people without substance abuse history?

At Sabino, having a substance use disorder or a dual diagnosis is not a prerequisite to receive treatment. Most of our clients have some form of trauma that affects their emotional well-being, but not all of them struggle with addiction. Our programs are meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. If addiction isn’t a factor for a client, then more focus will be dedicated to addressing underlying emotional and psychological challenges, as well as developing the tools to navigate life’s stressors in a healthy and resilient manner.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most PPO insurance plans as an out-of-network provider and we are in-network with Compsych. We do not accept Medicare/Medicaid, AHCCSS or Tricare.

What amenities are available?

At Sabino Recovery we want to ensure your stay is not only comfortable, but full of recreational experiences that entertain and challenge you, all while teaching important skills for your mental health and sobriety. As a boutique, privately owned program, our treatment and amenities are world-class. We offer private and upgraded suites, an onsite chef, acupuncture, cupping, sauna, cold water immersion, sleep screening, brain mapping, adventure therapy, and more. Some of our facility’s recreational activities include a high/low rope course, pool, basketball courts, pickleball courts, labyrinth, hiking, horseback riding, yoga, art therapy, music recording studio, and a gym.

What is the admissions process like?

If Sabino Recovery seems right for you or a loved one, call us to learn about our program and admissions process. Our compassionate Intake Coordinators understand how hard that first step is and will guide you with care. We’ll gather basic information and explain how our program works. Everything you share is confidential. Next, we’ll schedule a phone meeting to review your medical and personal history, which our clinical team will evaluate. It is not our mission to blindly admit every caller. We seek to help those who are struggling to find the help they need – even if that help is more appropriately found elsewhere.
